Water is secured by four main dams plus about two kilometres of frontage to the Wollomombi River on the north-eastern boundary (the “give-and-take” boundary provides for access on both banks for much of it). Not only does the river provide stockwater, but it is a great area for recreation, too.

Boundary fencing is all in top shape, with internals a little older and doing their job. A modest set of cattle yards are located with easy access near the front gate. The property has run up to 80 cows and calves plus horses in the past. It is currently destocked except for 10 sheep and four horses, so there is plenty of feed available.

Next to the homestead is a two bay Colourbond garage. Up behind the house an eight bay utility shed has power connected to it.

Chandler Public School and the Wollomombi shop are just down the road, and a school bus can take students to Armidale.

Secure Income
