Prepare Now for 2026
The thunder is rumbling outside as I write this. Flash, bang! Yes, summer is here and Christmas is only a month away. But it’s no time to relax just yet.
While our western neighbours are flat-out with harvest, now is the time for New Englanders who may be contemplating selling their rural property in the New Year to prepare for the event. There are always leads and lags with marketing, and there is no such thing as being prepared too early.
The same goes for those seeking to buy into our district. A telephone conversation now can put you in front of the queue when places come to market. This past year has seen an increase in our “off-market” sales activity, so it is good to be in the know, and good for me to know you are actively seeking a particular category of property.
Sold Online
I am also pleased to share that we are now offering on-line auctions as a selling tool. There are pros and cons to any marketing style. Our collaboration with Sold Online utilises a proven method that is worth considering and is somewhat less stressful than live auctions for both buyer and seller. Call me for further details.
New England currently has a mix of lush green pasture and some that has begun to hay off. We love our four seasons; they can all arrive on a single day and even as you travel east to west, north to south the season is varied.
Wherever you are in New England, or wherever you may want to be, I am only a phone call away and happy to bounce ideas around and help you prepare for the future.
