We wish to thank you very sincerely for the professionalism you displayed whilst you were selling Oaky, our 98ha farm property recently. A visit from you at the very beginning was appreciated, at which time you explained your conditions and obligations as our agent, and where we had the opportunity to ask questions of you.
We were delighted with the result of course, only three weeks from when we put Oaky on the market for sale until you had a satisfactory offer for us, but the whole way you showed us respect as owners and good business manners.
You kept us very well informed in many ways: on each occasion when you were taking a prospective buyer for inspection, how many inspections may happen during a particular week, when someone needed to change an inspection time or wished to have a re-inspection without you; with all these things you obliged us by advising us in advance and this was very much appreciated.
Even when an offer was made you gave us ample time to think about our options without rushing us. We have recommended your services to people along the track and will continue to do so.
