20 kilometres north-east of Ebor, 40 kilometres west of Dorrigo, about an hour's drive to the coast.

|
Undulating country, mostly basalt with some pockets of grey soils. Predominately northerly aspect, which is an advantage at 1,100 metres elevation.
Timber includes stringybark, blue gum, white gum, mudgerybah (blackwood), messmate and black sally.
Some commercial logging has been undertaken by the current owners in the past, and there are millable logs available now.

The property has been owned and managed by the current owners for 40 years. During this time, fertiliser has been applied at 125kg / ha anually.
Pasture species include cocksfoot, fescues, ryes, red & white clovers.

Rainfall
|
Reliable rainfall...1600mm (64 inches) per annum. Rain falls predominately late spring, through summer to autumn.

|
Boundary Creek and Emu Creek are supplemented by two other unnamed creeks and 8 dams, 6 of which are springfed.
